Refund policy

At ProductiveLab, all products are digital and delivered instantly. Because of the digital nature of our products, we do not offer traditional returns or refunds once access has been granted.

1. Digital Products

  • All products (Excel/Google Sheets templates, dashboards, planners, digital assets) are delivered online immediately after payment.

  • No physical products are shipped, so returns are not applicable.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • After cancellation, access to your account and digital library will continue until the end of your billing period.

  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

3. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds are not normally provided due to instant digital delivery.

  • Exceptions may be made at ProductiveLab’s discretion in cases of technical issues, duplicate payments, or as required by law.
